RangeUp is an educational poker training app operated by Ilias Miraoui in New York, United States. This policy explains what information RangeUp handles and why.

Information used by the app

RangeUp stores your training preferences and progress, including your poker ELO, completed decisions, accuracy, streaks, chosen stakes, and onboarding status. This information is used to provide training, personalize question difficulty, and show progress.

Apple device sync

If iCloud is available and enabled on your device, RangeUp uses Apple iCloud key-value storage to sync supported settings and training progress across your Apple devices. This information is associated with your Apple iCloud account and is handled under Apple's privacy practices. RangeUp does not operate a separate account system.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. RangeUp receives transaction and entitlement information needed to confirm whether RangeUp Pro is active, restore purchases, and provide paid features. RangeUp does not receive or store your full payment card details.

RangeUp uses Superwall to present and measure subscription paywalls and purchase events. This can include product, purchase, device, app-version, and paywall interaction information needed to operate and improve the subscription experience. Purchase history is used for app functionality and is not used by RangeUp for cross-app advertising.

Website information

The RangeUp website may receive standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, and request time, through its hosting and security provider. This data is used to deliver and protect the website. The site does not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.

What RangeUp does not do

• RangeUp does not offer real-money gambling or facilitate wagers.
• RangeUp does not sell your personal information.
• RangeUp does not use your information to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
• RangeUp does not require a RangeUp account.

Retention and deletion

Training data remains on your device and, when enabled, in your iCloud storage until you reset the app, delete applicable iCloud data, or remove the app and its data. Apple retains transaction records as required for purchases and subscriptions. You may contact us for questions about data handled directly by RangeUp.

Children

RangeUp is not directed to children under 13. The app teaches poker strategy but does not include wagering or real-money play.

Changes

We may update this policy as RangeUp changes. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect.
