These Terms of Use govern your use of the RangeUp app and range-up.com. By using RangeUp, you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

RangeUp provides poker strategy education and practice scenarios. It does not provide real-money gambling, accept wagers or deposits, or connect users to gambling services. Dollar values shown in scenarios are teaching examples.

No guarantee of results

Poker involves uncertainty. RangeUp's lessons, ratings, calculations, and feedback are educational and do not guarantee winnings, financial results, or performance in any game. You are responsible for your own decisions and for following applicable laws and platform rules.

RangeUp Pro

RangeUp Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and trial terms, if any, appear before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.

Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's applicable media services terms and policies. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Acceptable use

You may use RangeUp for personal, lawful training. You may not reverse engineer the app where prohibited, interfere with its operation, misuse its content or services, attempt unauthorized access, or use RangeUp to violate law or another service's rules.

Content and ownership

RangeUp, including its design, training content, software, brand, and original materials, is owned by the operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of RangeUp. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features and subscription benefits may change, subject to applicable law and Apple's platform requirements.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RangeUp is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
